Microfabrication 2D-3D with Fs-Laser and uFAB
Through the use of fs laser sources, surface micro- and nano-structures of materials whose resolution exceeds the diffraction limit can be obtained with high reproducibility and periodicity. Exceeding this limit makes the technique unique and unfeasible with standard optical systems, allowing relatively simple modification of the chemical and physical properties of the surface of materials.
